Ross Bennett, 1st Shift Supervisor

Ross grew up in the metropolis of Brocton, Illinois. While he is from a small town, Ross has a big city work ethic. After working as a full time janitor for ESS in a local school, Ross was hired as 1st Shift Supervisor. His responsibilities include supervision of the day cleaning team, equipment repair, window cleaning, etc. Ross is currently single, but not for long. He loves to watch basketball, baseball, football and horseracing.

Leslie Bryan Drake III, Area Manager

Bryan is from the Effingham area and has been with ESS since January 2001. He has an Associate's Degree in computer programming. He has 14 years in the cleaning industry. Bryan is married to Laura, and they are expecting their first child in March 2007. Bryan has two grown sons, Leslie Bryan IV and Daniel Raymond, from a previous marriage. Bryan and Laura are members of New Life Tabernacle Church in Sullivan, IL. They enjoy travel and visiting friends and relatives. Bryan's hobbies are working on computers and surfing the Internet.

Kevin Copass, Bloomington Branch Manager

Kevin Copass joined the ESS Team in September, 2007, as Bloomington Branch Manager.  Kevin was born in Homer, IL.  He currently resides in Anchor, IL with his wife of 20 years and their four children.  Kevin has 14 years management experience ranging from food processing to distribution of children’s books.  Kevin and his wife, Jody have been foster parents for 11 years.  When he’s not working or attending one of the many activities his kids are involved in, Kevin enjoys running, biking and vegetable gardening.

Tammy Eckart, Human Resources Manager

Tammy is from Atwood, IL and has been with ESS since May 2005. Tammy has a B.A. in Political Science and Pre-law from Eastern Illinois University. She is certified in numerous Leadership and Motivational Training Programs. Motivational management and training are her specialty. Tammy had served in the Illinois Army National Guard for 6 years as a legal specialist. Tammy was a Human Resource Director for a Human Services Training facility and has managed stores in the retail industry for over 11 years. Tammy is a member of Victory Church of Camargo's Praise & Worship Team and Prayer Team. Singing and playing the piano are her passions. She loves spending time with her husband Waylon and son Maddux. They travel to baseball games and collect sports memorabilia as a family.

Debbie Guidry, Office Manager

Debbie has over 20 years experience in Office Administration. After 18 years at Illinois Bell, 14 years in the school system and 10 years teaching part time at Danville Area Community College, Debbie joined the ESS Team. Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband Gerry, daughter Amanda and son-in-law Bob. She also enjoys embroidery, quilting, knitting and especially fishing and cruising on the lake with her husband.

Sandra Heath, Area Manager

Sandra has been involved in the cleaning business for the past seven years. She ran her own business for several years, and has been with ESS for the past five years. Sandra manages Mattoon/Charleston and surrounding areas. Sandra has three children and eight grandchildren. She is involved as a Sunday School teacher at the Northside Baptist Church in Charleston, and her hobbies are singing, dancing, art and plants.

Scott Johnson, Area Manager

Scott has spent his entire life in the Champaign/Urbana area. He understands what a great community it is. Scott has an Associates Degree in Psychology. He has been with ESS since 2004 and has worked his way up to Area Manager. Scott specializes in new startups with multiple Team Members. When he's not working, he enjoys playing guitar, reading and watching movies.

Kris Lewman, Training/Safety Coordinator

Kris Lewman joined the ESS Team in July, 2001 as a part time general cleaner, and worked her way up to Site Supervisor.  Eventually, Kris was hired as Training Coordinator, responsible for ensuring all training activities are completed for new Team Members.  Kris has spent nearly her entire life in Champaign.  She has two sisters, one brother and two cats.  Kris is an accomplished violinist.  She also enjoys camping, hiking, fishing and swimming.  She is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Champaign.

James McCarthy, Projects and Relief Manager

James is from Champaign. He has been with ESS since October 1998. James has over 25 years in the cleaning industry as a Floor Technician and in management. James enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. Collecting and buying and selling sports cards and non-sport cards is his hobby. He frequently attends the Gordyville flea market. Other interests include reading and listening to music.

Tim McDaniel, Area Manager

Tim was born in Zanesville, Ohio, and has lived in Rantoul for the last thirty-six years. Tim has been with ESS for two years, and is currently Area Manager for Rantoul and surrounding areas. Tim and his wife, Alice, have four children, Staci, Jason, Jeremy and Jesse. They also have five grandchildren. Tim's hobbies include cooking (especially barbeque) and refinishing furniture.

Tony Neal, Area Manager

Tony is from the Champaign, Urbana area and has been with ESS since November 1999. Tony has been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years supervising contract cleaning and clinical cleaning operations. Tony's hobbies include sports, sports and more sports. Any sport, anytime. He also enjoys shooting pool and fishing.

Terry Patton, Operations Manager

Terry is originally from Paris, IL and has been with ESS since July 1999. Terry has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute. Terry has over 30 years in the cleaning industry first as Building Service Foreman at a local university then as Housekeeping Coordinator at a local clinic. Terry has attended numerous seminars and conferences to remain on the cutting edge of the cleaning field. Terry enjoys spending time with his two grown children whenever possible. In his free time he likes to study and play chess. He also reads fiction and non-fiction, collects and watches movies, and enjoys all kinds of music except opera.

Paul Taylor, President

Paul has been with ESS since 1995. Paul has an Engineering degree from the University of Illinois and frequently attends continuing education seminars and conferences. He recently earned the designation of Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) from the Building Service Contractors Association International in 2007. Paul is involved in the community as Past President of Rotary Club of Savoy, former District 6490 "Rotarian of the Year", board member and mentor for the "TALKS" Mentoring Movement and Youth and Sunday School leader at Savoy United Methodist Church. Paul likes to spend time with his wife, Andrea, and daughters Grace, Olivia and Laura. He also enjoys competing in triathlons and marathons.

Mary Tollakson, Accountant/Inventory Specialist

Mary Tollakson joined the ESS Team in 2007. Mary was born in Wisconsin and moved to Illinois in 1989. Mary lives in Mahomet with her husband, Steve and daughters, Katie and Becky. Mary is involved as a youth leader at the Lutheren Church of Mahomet, and is a Girl Scout Leader. In the little spare time she has, she enjoys reading, cooking, scrap booking and rubber stamping.

Robert Wright, Area Manager

Robert Wright grew up in Champaign, Illinois.  Robert has been with ESS since 2007.  He is a determined young man, developing  his career with ESS to provide for the future of his children.  Robert loves to watch sports and spend time with his family.  Robert also volunteers his time setting up events and preparing meals at the Faith Mission Church in Bloomington.
