Leslie Bryan Drake III, Special Projects Manager

Bryan was born in the Effingham area, raised in Ohio and has been with ESS since January 2001. He has an Associate's Degree in computer information systems. Bryan has over 20 years experience in contract cleaning and recently became certified as a Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).  Bryan is married to Laura, and he has three sons Leslie Bryan Drake IV, Daniel Raymond Drake and David Michael Drake. Bryan enjoys attending church, fishing, playing with computers, surfing the internet and when he gets a chance, riding rolling coasters.

Kevin Copass, Bloomington Branch Manager

Kevin Copass joined the ESS Team in September, 2007, as Bloomington Branch Manager. Kevin was born in Homer, IL. He currently resides in Normal, IL with his wife of 20 years and their four children. Kevin has 14 years management experience ranging from food processing to distribution of children's books. Kevin and his wife Jody have been foster parents for 11 years. When he's not working or attending one of the many activities his kids are involved in, Kevin enjoys running, biking and vegetable gardening.  Kevin recently became certified as a Commercial Carpet Maintenance Technician by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).

Tammy Eckart, Human Resource Director

Tammy has been with ESS since May 2005. Tammy has a B.A. in Political Science and Pre-law from EIU. She is certified in numerous Motivational Training Programs. Tammy had served in the Illinois Army National Guard for 6 years as a legal specialist. She was a Human Resource Director for a Human Services Training facility and has managed stores in the retail industry for over 11 years. Tammy is a member of the Vineyard Church in Urbana. Singing and playing the piano are her passions. She also enjoys sports (especially baseball) and loves spending time with her husband Waylon and son Maddux.

Debbie Guidry, Office Manager

Debbie has over 20 years experience in Office Administration. She has a B.S. from Eastern Illinois University in Business/Technology courses. After 18 years at Illinois Bell, 14 years in the school system and 10 years teaching part time at Danville Area Community College, Debbie joined the ESS Team. Debbie enjoys spending time with her daughter and son-in-law Tim & Amanda Graham. She is a member of St. Isaac Joques's Church in Georgetown, IL. Deb's other hobbies include machine embroidery/sewing, knitting and reading

Ron LaVallie, Branch Manager

Ron is our Branch Manager for the Effingham & Mattoon areas. Ron has lived in Newton for 20 years with his wife, Pam, of 37 years. The LaVallie's have three children and three grandchildren. Ron has spent 35 years in the restaurant business, as a District Manager and General Manager. Ron enjoys spending time with his family and is a Nascar fan. He also enjoys golf and motorcycling.

Bob Odell, Area Manager

Bob Odell joined the ESS Team in 2010 as Assistant Site Manager.  He was promoted to Area Manager in 2011.  Bob has spent a majority of his career in management, including twelve years in swine farm management, and ten years in manufacturing supervision.  Born in Paxton, IL, Bob has lived in Illinois his entire life.  He has been married to Christina for eighteen years and has two teen-age boys, Tyler and Chase.  Bob enjoys spending time with family and his interests include American history, politics, gardening, Christian outreach and Chief Illiniwek.

Tim McDaniel, Area Manager

Tim was born in Zanesville, Ohio, and has lived in Rantoul for the last 37 years. Tim has been with ESS for three years, and is currently Area Manager for Rantoul and surrounding areas. Tim and his wife, Alice, have four children, Staci, Jason, Jeremy and Jesse. They also have five grandchildren. Tim's hobbies include cooking (especially barbeque) and refinishing furniture.

Bob Montieth, Area Manager

After 15 years managing a hotel in Decatur, Bob joined the ESS Team in 2010.  He is currently Area Manager of Decatur and Springfield.  Bob has a BS in Hotel Management from Purdue University.  He has been married since 2003 and has two stepchildren.  Bob has been instrumental in a new project to feed the homeless in Decatur.  Whe he is not working, volunteering or spending time with his family, Bob enjoys studying Astronomy and Genealogy.

 Tony Neal, Area Manager 

Tony is from the Champaign, Urbana area and has been with ESS since November 1999. Tony has been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years supervising contract cleaning and clinical cleaning operations. He recently achieved Commercial Carpet Maintenance Certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).  Tony's hobbies include sports, sports and more sports. Any sport, anytime. He also enjoys shooting pool and fishing.

Terry Patton, Operations Manager

Terry is originally from Paris, IL and has been with ESS since July 1999. Terry has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering. Terry has over 30 years in the cleaning industry, first as Building Service Foreman at a university then as Housekeeping Coordinator at a clinic. Terry is Certified by IICRC as a Commercial Carpet Cleaning Technician and has earned the designation of Registered Building Service Manager (RBSM) from the Building Service Contractors Association. Terry enjoys spending time with his two grown children whenever possible. In his free time he likes to study and play chess. He also reads, collects movies, and enjoys all kinds of music.

Paul Taylor, President

Paul has been with ESS since 1995. Paul has an Engineering degree from the U of I. He has earned the designation of Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) from the BSCAI, Green Cleaning Professional from ISSA and is a Certified Workplace Trainer for Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. Paul is involved in the community as a member of Savoy Rotary, mentor for "TALKS" Mentoring, member of Savoy United Methodist Church and Community Coordinator for Financial Peace University. Paul likes to spend time with his wife, Andrea, and daughters Grace, Olivia and Laura. He also enjoys competing in triathlons and marathons.

Mary Tollakson, Accountant/Inventory Specialist

Mary Tollakson joined the ESS Team in 2007. Mary was born in Wisconsin and moved to Illinois in 1989. Mary lives in Mahomet with her husband, Steve and daughters, Katie and Becky. Mary is involved as a youth leader at the Lutheren Church of Mahomet, and is a Girl Scout Leader. In the little spare time she has, she enjoys reading, cooking, scrap booking and rubber stamping.

Nick Woolcott, Area Manager

Nick spent several years as a Section Leader in the Marine Corps, a Department Manager, and a Service Manager before joining the ESS Team as an Area Manager.  Nick has been married for twelve years and hs two children, a five year-old daughter and an eleven yer-old son, plus a yellow lab.  When he is not working, Nick spends time with his family and coaching soccer.  Nick also loves bird and waterfowl hunting, bow hunting and fishing.

Robert Wright, Area Manager

Robert Wright grew up in Champaign, Illinois. Robert has been with ESS since 2007. He is a determined young man, developing his career with ESS to provide for the future of his children. Robert loves to watch sports and spend time with his family. Robert also volunteers his time setting up events and preparing meals at the Faith Mission Church in Bloomington. In his spare time, he is working on his degree at U of I.
