1.	In compliance with Public Law 91.508 and, as part of our regular procedure for processing applicants for employment, an inquiry may be made concerning the applicant's general reputation, character, and personal characteristics. This information may come from previous employers, personal references, law enforcement agencies, court system public records and/or consumer reporting agencies. Any derogatory report as a result of such inquiry will subject applicant to rejection of application or immediate dismissal. Upon an applicant's written request, additional information as to the nature and scope of the report will be provided.
2.	ESS may request after employment, that you undergo a medical examination or drug testing and you agree to any such examination, if required. Applicant agrees to comply with all requirements of the ESS drug policy and understands that any violation or failure to comply with the drug policy is grounds for immediate termination.
3.	In compliance with the immigration Reform and Control Act of 1988, applicant understands that any offer of employment is conditioned upon the satisfactory completion of the verification process and that the company will hire only those individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States and who present acceptable proof of their lawful employment status and identity.
4.	Applicant agrees that, if hired, and in possession of keys or an ID badge belonging to ESS, they must be returned to the ESS office within 24 hours after termination of employment. If they are not returned, the cost of changing locks and replacing the ID badge will be deducted from employee's final check.
